NY GROVE — Grove Town Board approves service contract renewals and addresses property enforcement issues. The board voted 5-0 to approve renewal of its NYAOT membership at $720 annually and voted 5-0 to continue Southern Tier West services for geographic information systems while discontinuing website support. In a separate action, the board voted 5-0 to send a bill to a landlord for cleanup costs after renters left garbage that required Highway Department removal before road work could proceed.

Supervisor Kenneth DeRitter reported ongoing complaints involving property maintenance issues with resident Ron Swain, including dumping in a ditch and unauthorized removal of town equipment from the refuse area.
