Town Board unanimously confirms Mann as Deputy Supervisor

NY GROVE — Grove Town Board unanimously approves Mann as Deputy Supervisor and snow funding increase. The five-member board, chaired by Town Supervisor Kenneth DeRitter, confirmed Kelly Mann as Deputy Town Supervisor and accepted a $9,350.36 increase to the State Snow and Ice Agreement for fiscal 2025-2026. The board also unanimously approved Troy Emke's appointment to the Zoning Board and accepted the 2026 Humane Society contract.

General Fund bills totaling $34,869.72 and Highway Fund bills totaling $30,515.45 were approved.
